Refund & Return Policy
Refunds/Returns are only allowed Only in cases where our customer receives a defected or damaged product. All our products undergo strict quality check, so the chances of receiving a defected products are obsolete. In the rare case that you do receive a defected/damaged product, kindly email a photo of your product within a week (7 days) of receiving the order. Email should be sent to email@example.com with the title as "Return/Refund request". Please understand, we will not be able to accept returns if the issue is escalated to us after 1 week of delivery. Once the Product is received by Us, Refund/Return will be approved Only if the Product is returned in original condition, intact tags and packaging. If the product received by Us is tampered or used, Refund will be rejected. Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made within 24 hours of order placed.
Once the returned package is received at Riana Enterprises, confirmation mail will be sent to buyer that we have received the package and in what condition. Once the return is approved, buyer will receive payment in his same mentioned bank account within 10 to 12 business days.
Buyer ships the original with intact tags package at his own cost. Riana Enterprises doesnt refund the shipping cost incurred to-fro
Only the product cost will be refunded. Returns will be accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
The buyer has to raise return request (by sending email) mentioning reason of return within 2 days of delivered item. Returns are approved in case of damaged item or size issue. Clear picture of the item to be returned is to be sent on firstname.lastname@example.org After 7 days of delivery, no return or refund will be issued.
